Hollow Knight and Silksong in short

Hollow Knight is a metroidvania by Team Cherry, a small studio in Adelaide, Australia. It came out in 2017. You explore Hallownest, a ruined bug kingdom, with a nail for a sword, and every new ability, like the dash or the wall jump, opens areas you passed before.

Its sequel, Hollow Knight: Silksong, came out on September 4, 2025, after years of waiting. You play as Hornet, who is faster and more acrobatic than the Knight. Neither game is on phones.
