Games like Piggy: find the key, dodge the chaser, get out

Granny is the closest game to Piggy: one house, one hunter and items to find before you can leave. On Roblox, DOORS and Rainbow Friends keep the chase going with friends. Roam has hide-and-escape horror games too.

How Piggy plays

Piggy is a Roblox horror game by MiniToon, released in 2020. Each chapter is a map, like a house, a station or a school, where you find keys, codes and tools to escape. Piggy hunts you the whole time. In player mode one of you is Piggy, and in bot mode the game controls it.

The story runs across two books of chapters with a cast of animal characters. Skins, events and a build mode for custom maps kept it popular long after the main story ended.

DOORS. LSPLASH's 2022 Roblox hotel run. A new entity in many rooms, each with its own rule.

How to escape in Piggy-style games

Learn the map before you rush. In most chapters the items sit in a few set spots. Split up with friends: one distracts the chaser while another carries the key.

Close doors behind you, since that slows most chasers. And listen: the music or the footsteps change when the hunter is close, which is your cue to hide.
