Games like Attack on Titan with real giant-slaying

Attack on Titan Revolution is the big AoT-style game on Roblox, and Koei Tecmo's Attack on Titan 2 is the full console version. For giants without the anime, play Shadow of the Colossus. Roam grapple games are below.

The move every AoT game chases

Attack on Titan is a manga by Hajime Isayama that ended in 2021; the anime ran from 2013 to 2023. Humans live behind huge walls, and soldiers use ODM gear, a pair of grappling hooks and gas jets, to swing around giant Titans and cut the weak spot at the nape of the neck.

That move, swing in fast and slash once, is what every game based on it tries to get right. The good ones make the swing feel fast and the cut feel earned.
