Games like Steal a Brainrot, with and without Roblox

Steal a Brainrot is a Roblox game, and its loop now has copies in Fortnite Creative and across Roblox. Here are the real steal-and-defend games, the other brainrot hits, and Roam games to play if you want brainrot outside Roblox.

How Steal a Brainrot works

Steal a Brainrot came out on Roblox in 2025. You buy brainrot characters off a conveyor belt, they earn cash while they sit in your base, and you sneak into other players' bases to steal theirs. You lock your own base so nobody takes your best ones.

It peaked near 25.9 million players at the same time in October 2025. The pull is simple: collecting is slow, stealing is fast, and losing a rare one to a friend hurts.

Steal-and-defend games like it

Steal the Brainrot (Fortnite Creative). A Fortnite island made in July 2025 that copies the loop. It set a concurrent-player record for a Creative island.
Steal an Egg (Roblox). Launched in July 2026 with the same steal loop, using pet eggs. It became one of the most played Roblox games this fall.
Break and Steal an Egg (Roblox). Another egg take on the formula, with breaking into bases as the main move.

Other brainrot hits
