Bed Wars started as a Minecraft minigame on the Hypixel server, and Roblox BedWars by Easy.gg made it huge on Roblox. Teams protect their bed so they can respawn while trying to break everyone else's. These games use the same rules or a close twist.
How Bed Wars works
Each team starts on its own sky island with a bed and a resource generator. Iron and gold drop at your base, and diamonds and emeralds wait on middle islands. You spend them on blocks, weapons and armor. While your bed stands, you respawn after dying. Once it is broken, your next death is your last. The last team alive wins.
That one rule creates the whole game: defend or rush, build walls or bridges, play safe or go all in.

- Hypixel Bed Wars. The original, on the Hypixel server for Minecraft Java Edition. Solo, doubles, threes and fours modes.
- Roblox BedWars. Easy.gg's Roblox version with kits, each giving a special ability. Free and runs on phones.

- Treasure Wars on The Hive. A Minecraft Bedrock server game. You protect a treasure instead of a bed, with the same respawn rule.
- Egg Wars. A Minecraft server mode, found on CubeCraft and others, where an egg is your respawn point.
- Bloxd.io. A voxel web game with a bed wars mode among its other modes.
Tips from the bed wars meta
Cover the bed in layers early: soft blocks outside, hard blocks inside. Buy a pickaxe before you go for a far base. Watch for bridges being built toward you, because rushers come fast in the first minutes. And collect diamonds for team upgrades, since they help everyone, not just you.
