How a R.E.P.O. run plays

You play as small robots called semibots. Each level is a haunted place with a cash goal. You find valuables, carry them to an extraction point and fill its quota before you can leave.

Between levels, the money buys upgrades in a shop, like more stamina or strength. Each level asks for more cash, and the monsters get worse. If a friend dies, you can carry their head to the extraction point to bring them back.
