What SUPERHOT does

SUPERHOT is a first-person shooter by SUPERHOT Team, released in 2016. Time moves only when you move. Stand still and the bullets hang in the air, so you can step around them, catch a thrown gun and plan your next shot. Enemies are red glass figures that shatter in one hit, and so do you.

SUPERHOT VR came out the same year, and SUPERHOT: Mind Control Delete followed in 2020 as a longer, roguelike version.

Slow motion and one-hit games

Katana Zero. Askiisoft's 2019 2D action game. A samurai who can slow time, and one hit kills either side. Plan each room, then do it in seconds.
