What Learn to Fly is

Learn to Fly is a series by Light Bringer Games that started as a Flash game in 2009. A penguin who wants to fly slides down a ramp, flies as far as it can and crashes. Distance turns into money, money buys a better sled, gliders and rockets, and each run goes farther.

Learn to Fly 2 followed in 2011. Learn to Fly 3 is about building a spaceship to reach space, and it is free to play on Steam.
